Policies

Please read the following information before scheduling an appointment. 

 

Appointments

All services are by appointment only.  Your appointment time is reserved just for you so please arrive on time.  If you arrive late for an appointment, your service may have to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid interfering with appointments reserved for other clients.  You will still be responsible for payment of the full service fee. 

  

Cancellations

A valid credit card number or gift certificate is required to reserve your appointment.  Appointments changed or canceled with less than 24 hours notice will result in a $50 charge to the credit card or gift certificate on file.  A "no-show" for any appointment will result in the credit card or gift certificate on file being charged a full fee for the scheduled services; if the appointment is part of a purchased package, the service will be forfeited. 

When you schedule an appointment, we reserve this time especially for you, ahead of other clients.  Without proper notice of cancellations, we are unable to rebook these appointments with other clients. 

To avoid charges, please schedule your appointments with care and adhere to our 24-hour cancellation policy!

 

Returns/Exchanges

Please be comfortable with your purchases.  All body wraps and wrap packages are non-refundable.  Products may be exchanged for store credit only. 

 

Gratuity

Gratuity is a personal choice.  Tips are never expected but are always appreciated.  

 

Forms of Payment

We accept Mastercard, Visa and cash.  No personal checks are accepted.   

 

Children

Our treatment and exercise areas are not appropriate for children.  Please do not bring children with you as they will not be allowed in these areas unless they are receiving treatments and are accompanied by an adult at all times.
